​Simal Soin is a founder & investor with 15+ years of experience across tech, energy, & financial services. She was a founding team member at NASSCOM (India’s leading association for $180b IT, BPM, & Startups).

 

She founded CareerWellness with a critical mission: to help early-stage founders foster innovation through human capital, inclusion, & diversity.

An alumnus of Modern School, Delhi School of Economics, & Golden Gate University (USA), Simal previously implemented multi-million dollar Hydro/Renewable projects across India as Director at Applied Remedial Technologies. She has also led Relationship Management & Investment Consulting teams at Wells Fargo & AXA Advisors. 

 

Simal lives in Los Altos with her family & is passionate about empowerment & holistic counseling. She presently sits on the board of BLS Foundation- a private family foundation with initiatives in education, rural, & skill development across India.
